Update driver code and board files to use new GPIO configuration flags
such as GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW. Also add implementation of new port_* driver
API as well as gpio_pin_interrupt_configure function.
Tested on efr32_slwstk6061a board.

move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.
No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

The EFM32 Pearl Gecko Starter Kit contains sensors and
peripherals demonstrating the usage of the EFM32PG MCU
family. This patch adds basic support for this board
and is copied from EFM32WG-STK3800.
