bf4d07024a xtools: add new configurations for xtools 1.23 
Remove arm.config, we should be using the official ARM cross compiler
instead.

4cc935d4f0 build: update xtools configurations 
Update the crosstool-ng .config files to build the most recent
gcc compiler (5.2.0) and update the configuration of the xtools
variant to use this compiler.
