e27cf15763 scripts: tests: sanitycheck: Add basic foundation for sanitycheck testsuite 
This commit adds basic testcases for sanitycheck tool using pytest.
Coverage for the sanitycheck tool is obtained using coverage tool.
Instructions are included in the README.md in
scripts/tests/sanitycheck directory.

b4efd548f9 expr_parser.py: simple expression language 
Sanitycheck will use this to allow for much more expressive
conditions when filtering test cases based on defconfig values.
