In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all boards code to the
new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted,
refer to zephyrproject-rtos#45388 for more details.

Before this fix the board init function were called too early, before
the gpio driver was initialized. Because of the the board controller
for the serial port was not enabled properly.
This commit fixes this issue.
