Andrew Boie 7827b7bf4a x86: exception-assisted panic/oops support
We reserve a specific vector in the IDT to trigger when we want to
enter a fatal exception state from software.

Disabled for drivers/build_all tests as we were up to the ROM limit
on Quark D2000.

Title: Static IDT Support

Description:

This test verifies that the static IDT feature operates as expected.

Building and Running Project:

This project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make run


Sample Output:
