This adds basic support for declaring gpio nodes in dts for nrf52. The dts.fixup provides mapping for the generated defines to the config defines currently used by the nrf gpio driver. Existing boards that use nrf52 are updated. Signed-off-by: Marc Reilly <marc@cpdesign.com.au>
