Anas Nashif 207d0e799e kconfig: remove redundant EVENT_LOGGER option 
KERNEL_EVENT_LOGGER selects EVENT_LOGGER which is then used to
enabling building. Skip EVENT_LOGGER and use KERNEL_EVENT_LOGGER
directly.
