Vinicius Costa Gomes 2baa577b49 lib: Introduce the CoAP implementation for Zephyr ... This is a CoAP implementation tailored for Zephyr's requirements, it tries to use memory predictably by exposing its control structures to the user (so the user only pays for the features that are used) and having a lightweight packet representation (the trade-off is that adding options is not as efficient as it could be, if there were more information available).
