This commit adds the following Kconfig symbols:
 - INIT_STACKS
 - UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN
 - CONSOLE_HANDLER
 - BUILD_TIMESTAMP
 - TICKLESS_KERNEL
 - CONTEXT_CUSTOM_DATA
