Erwan Gouriou a38bb31df5 boards: nucleo_f446re: Update to default configuration guidelines
Update nucleo_f446re to fit with default configuration guidelines:
- add spi support
- configure I2C1 as arduino i2c and spi1 as arduino spi
- update yaml
- disable I2C by default
- update doc
