Martin Åberg e15297e7d9 cmake: Preparation for SDK 0.12 and SPARC ... Zephyr SDK version 0.12 is distributed with SPARC cmake target support, while version 0.11.3 and 0.11.4 need target.cmake from the Zephyr repo.
