Andrew Boie 12379d17c1 xtensa: run simulator in turbo mode ... This greatly increases the speed in which test cases are evaluated on the Xtensa simulator. The cycle limit parameter was removed, we don't currently need it since sanitycheck handles killing test cases if they time out.
