Ioannis Glaropoulos ff07fc7f0a lib: libc: fix alignment of HEAP base address for ARM 
In ARM builds with support for user mode, i.e. with
CONFIG_USERSPACE=y, we need to align the beginning
of the heap space, to respect the ARM MPU region
alignment requirements.
