Kumar Gala 40e0a2e9da cmake: kconfig: Expose ZEPHYR_TOOLCHAIN_VARIANT to Kconfig ... Expose ZEPHYR_TOOLCHAIN_VARIANT so that Kconfig can make choices based on how its set.
