Peter Mitsis 6273c15e7c Rewrite truesize tool to use python 
Using 'python' instead of 'gawk' for the 'truesize' has several advantages:
  - more people understand python than gawk
  - python script is easier to maintain
  - lessens the number of tools on which the product depends
