Henrik Brix Andersen e5460c6bcc drivers: watchdog: wdt_sam0: Convert Atmel SAM0 driver to the new API 
Convert the Atmel SAM0 watchdog driver to the new watchdog API and
enable DTS support.

This fixes #10914.
