Make sure that "%ld" gets a long int argument.
This commit eliminates a couple of compiler warnings of this kind:
test_fat_file.c: In function 'test_file_truncate':
test_fat_file.c:180:11: error: format '%ld' expects argument
of type 'long int', but argument 2 has type 'off_t' {aka 'int'}
[-Werror=format=]
