Tomasz Bursztyka e5896906f6 net: Rename all *_BUF() macros to *_HDR()
Most of these macros are not exactly exposing a buffer, but a specific
header pointer (ipv6, ivp4, ethernet and so on), so it relevant to
rename them accordingly.
