Adds a new xec gpio driver that can be used with the XEC MCUs. This driver modifies the PCR1 register in order to configure gpio settings. Interrupts are triggered by the EC interrupt aggregator block. Signed-off-by: Francisco Munoz <francisco.munoz.ruiz@intel.com>
