Daniel Leung 8f6068e9d8 serial/ns16550: make IRQ triggering condition a SoC decision ... The IRQ triggering condition should be specified by SoC as it is a decision for hardware design. This should not be configurable in kconfig. The default is to be triggered on rising edge, just as the same old kconfig did.
