8e46f099bf drivers: ethernet: stm32h7 IT based ethernet TX
Modify the ethernet driver to use TX complete interrupts.
Adds HAL ethernet TX complete callback and locking semaphore.

Due to changing behavior/content of the TX DMA descriptors
on STM32H7 series, based on the state of the IP,
it is more reliable to wait for the TX complete interrupt to check
for DMA end of transmission event. This avoids polling the
DMA_DESC_OWN bit in the descriptors.

Improves reliability and performance of the ethernet peripheral.

Tested on CoapServer sample, Dumb HTTP server, telnet sample.

fad20c42c6 boards: arc: nsim: add a new board nsim_em7d_v22
Typically we have ARC core configurations where Fast IRQs (FIRQ) are
enabled together with multiple register files and those we have covered
by testing. But FIRQ & single register bank we only happen to have on
the older EMSK v2.2.it might be a good idea to add a similar
configuration to nSIM "boards" so that we keep it tested regularly.

nsim_em7d_v22 configuration is similar with em_staterkit_em7d_v22,
both configed with FIRQ & single register bank.

Fixes: #26112

All file paths provided on the list of overlay files are converted to

This ensures that even paths with mixed style `\` and `/` on Windows are
treated correctly. This fixes the issue where the deps file created
would cause ninja to re-invoke CMake in an endless loop on windows.

37a8592114 soc: arm: st_stm32: stm32mp1: enable HSEM clock on init
Most drivers make use of the HW semaphore (see `stm32_gpio.c`), but the
HSEM clock isn't currently setup on the MCU side. This means we rely on
the MPU to enable this clock, which is an unsafe bet: the OS running on
the MPU may not have support for HSEM, or it might enter sleep state,
which will disable the clock. As a consequence, firmwares loaded from
the MPU running this OS will block on the first `z_stm32_hsem_lock()`
call.

As it is required to run anything on the MCU core, we shouldn't assume
the HSEM clock is already active when booting and enable it in the SoC
init, the same way it is done for the STM32H7.

0950b2549e dts: support specifying preprocessor flags for devicetree

7d32e9f9a5 mmu: support only identity RAM mapping
We no longer plan to support a split address space with
the kernel in high memory and per-process address spaces.
Because of this, we can simplify some things. System RAM
is now always identity mapped at boot.

We no longer require any virtual-to-physical translation
for page tables, and can remove the dual-mapping logic
from the page table generation script since we won't need
to transition the instruction point off of physical
addresses.

CONFIG_KERNEL_VM_BASE and CONFIG_KERNEL_VM_LIMIT
have been removed. The kernel's address space always
starts at CONFIG_SRAM_BASE_ADDRESS, of a fixed size
specified by CONFIG_KERNEL_VM_SIZE.

Driver MMIOs and other uses of k_mem_map() are still
virtually mapped, and the later introduction of demand
paging will result in only a subset of system RAM being
a fixed identity mapping instead of all of it.

e997c46e6d Bluetooth: GATT: Handle bt/ccc setting with CCC lazy loading
When lazy loading of CCCs are enabled there is no settings set handler
register for the 'bt/ccc' key, this means that the settings set handler
for 'bt' key is called instead. This handler does not know what to do
for the 'ccc' subkey, and returns -ENOENT for the entry.
This results in an error message logged by the settings subsystem.
  "E: set-value failure. key: bt/ccc/f8c39e2f98210 error(-2)"

968a3101a2 net: sockets: tls: Add support for offloaded poll
Given that the offloaded poll handling differs from the poll handling of
native sockets (entire poll function call is offloaded), some
adjustements were needed to make TLS socket work with offloaded poll
calls.

To achieve this, in case socket offloading is used, instead of jumping
directly to the offloaded poll call, a TLS wrapper for the offloaded
poll will be called. This wrapper will do additional checks at the
mbedtls level, to verify that the event is only notified to the caller
when the application data is available (i. e. not to report events
during handshake or when partial data is received, not ready to
decrypt).
