Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver instance to be constant. This commit extends the CAN api can_send function by an argument that is passed to the isr callback. With this extension it is possible to distinguish between sent masseges when they use the same callback.
